Team Connection
Our bread and butter. Our most popular offering by far. Our connection workshops have seen us work across elite sport, community groups, big corporations, and not-for-profits.
We take the time to understand the needs of your people, and drawing on our years of experience, tailor each workshop accordingly.
Vulnerability, courage and honesty are all themes that are overtly, or subtlety, explored.
Our Team Connection workshops are hugely impactful as a standalone offering, but we recommend a long term view to get maximum impact.

Leadership workshops are a dime a dozen. We shatter the mould by focusing on each individual’s authentic style of leadership: Leveraging their inherent gifts to be a unique and genuine leader.
Authentic Leaders has seen us work with some diverse audiences; from university students to the C-suite of business, junior sporting teams, right through to elite sporting teams, community groups to military groups.
With am emphasis on authenticity, and the individual within the team, there are tangible takeaways for everybody.

We’ve played in a range of different spaces and have pretty diverse backgrounds we can draw from. We’ve worked with graduates on personal branding, delivered a lot of well being focused work, and even helped MC and moderate events.
